Starting point
FC Bayern München e. V. set out to complement its people and organisational development with contemporary digital learning on anti-discrimination. Relevant content was not to be delivered exclusively in traditional in-person formats, but also made available to staff as modern e-learning modules.
Digitalising the learning offer also meant translating high-quality specialist content into a format that could be integrated into the club’s existing technical learning environment.
Challenge
Developing convincing e-learning modules requires several areas of expertise to come together: a robust anti-discrimination concept, clear content designed for digital learning, engaging visual design, and technical implementation within the existing learning management system.
This combination of subject-matter, conceptual and technical expertise was not available internally to the extent required for the project. The club therefore needed a solution covering the full path from initial concept to technical implementation while fitting its organisational context.
Solution
Bobineau Communications took responsibility for the concept and content development, keeping the core work within one coherent conceptual and editorial framework. For visual design, Zweikopf, a graphic design partner, was brought into the project. This allowed specialist content, digital learning design and visual execution to be coordinated closely.
Results
The pilot project produced the first modern, evidence-informed e-learning module designed to encourage staff to engage with anti-discrimination. The module combines substantive quality with a contemporary visual approach.
